Pasta Bar

Guests will select their ingredients onto a small plate and hand to the chef attendant. Chef attendant will toss ingredients with sautéed garlic, pasta, and sauce then transfer to dinner plate. Guest can add the final touches.

Pasta ingredients to choose from:

Mushrooms, kalamata olives, bacon, green peas, onions, sundried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, broccoli, mixed bell peppers, spinach, zucchini, baby carrots, diced chicken, bay shrimp, and Italian sausage.

Pastas to choose from:

Fettucine, bow tie, and penne.

Sauces to choose from:

Marinara, alfredo, and basil pesto cream.

Final touches:

Fresh chopped parsley, fresh basil chiffonade, fresh oregano-thyme mix, parmesan cheese, black pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic bread, and focaccia bread.

Macaroni Bar

Guests will select their ingredients onto a small plate and hand to the chef attendant. Chef attendant will toss ingredients with sautéed garlic, macaroni, and sauce then transfer to dinner plate. Guest can add the final touches.

Macaroni to choose from:

Elbow, shell, rigatoni, and macaroni.

Ingredients to choose from:

Bruschetta Grill Station

Guests will choose one of the bruschetta options listed or select their own ingredients onto a small plate and hand to the chef attendant. Chef attendant will grill the olive oil and fresh garlic seasoned bread rounds before building the bruschetta. Guest can add the final touches.

Zesty Tomato-Basil Bruschetta

Fresh tomato seasoned with garlic, sweet red onions, fresh basil, aged balsamic vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil on grilled garlic baguette slices.

Beef Tenderloin Bruschetta

Caramelized shallot-gorgonzola cheese, chipotle ketchup, and arugula. On grilled garlic baguette slices.

Spinach and Artichoke Bruschetta

Creamy spinach spread topped with marinated artichoke hearts. On grilled garlic baguette slices.

Allow your guests build their own ice cream Sunday.

Sprinkles, chopped pecans, chopped walnuts, chopped pistachios, cherries, diced fresh pineapple, fresh sliced banana, assorted seasonal berries, white and dark chocolate chips, warm brownie squares, Oreo cookies, Gummy Bears, bottled root beer, and fresh whipped cream.

Hot Cocoa Bar

Allow your guests build their own gourmet hot cocoa.

Sauces:

Chocolate, caramel, and butterscotch.

Toppings:

Mini marshmallows, white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, cinnamon sticks, peppermint sticks, peppermint powder, toffee bits, and fresh whipped cream.

Mashed Potato Bar

Allow your guests build their own culinary creation.

Potatoes to choose from:

Sour cream whipped potatoes, fork mashed red skin potato, buttery sweet potato.

Final touches:

Crisp bacon bits, sour cream, scallions, toasted pecans, cheddar cheese, creamy country gravy and cabernet wine sauce.

Chili Bar

Hot dogs, buns, Fritos, tater tots, tortilla chips, Doritos, jalapeno corn bread, corn nuts, cheddar cheese, American cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, green onions, cilantro, jalapenos, lime, avocado, diced red onion, Tabasco, ranch, and buffalo sauce.

Chili con queso, and queso blanco.

Pico de gallo, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, jalapeno, diced red onion, chipotle corn relish, sour cream, and roasted ranchero salsa.

Street Taco Station

A Chef attendant will assist your guest in assembling their own street taco and roasted corn in a cup.

Street Taco

Corn tortilla rolled by attendant with, grilled at buffet, mahi mahi or carnitas.

Choice of toppings: cilantro - lime cabbage slaw, cotija cheese, sriracha cream, fresh lime wedges.

Roasted Elote

Roasted corn removed from the cobb garnished with crema.

Choice of toppings: extra crema, chili powder, lime (wedges), cotija cheese, & sriracha sauce.

Interactive Pancake Station

Guest to cook their own pancakes on griddles supplied by Chef Michael's Gourmet Kitchen using Chef Michael's Buttermilk Pancake batter. Station includes fresh orange juice.

Warm maple syrup, blueberry sauce, and caramel sauce.

Toppings:

Whipped butter, fresh whipped cream, and fresh seasonal berries: strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries.

Yogurt Parfait Bar

Guest to create their own yogurt parfait in an almond cookie cup. Station includes fresh orange juice.

Yogurts flavors:

French Vanilla, Plain, and Mixed Berry.

Sauces:

Passion fruit sauce, honey, and raspberry sauce.

Fresh fruit:

Seasonal berries: strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries, kiwi, pineapple, and sliced bananas.

Toppings:

Homemade granola, chocolate chips, toasted almonds, pecans, walnuts, sundried cherries, raisins, dates, and fresh whipped cream.

Burger Bar

Includes 6 oz. grilled ground beef patty, fried tater tots, seasonal fresh fruit platter, tomatoes, pickles, slice cheddar, pickled jalapeños, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, grilled onion buns, lettuce, onions, sautéed mushroom, onions, & bell peppers.

Taco Bar

Includes a double entrée of Seasoned Ground Beef and Seasoned Chicken, refried beans, Spanish rice, flour & corn tortillas, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, picante salsa, & guacamole.
