Smoked Beef Tenderloin – gorgonzola-horseradish spread, lettuce, sweet red onions, tomatoes on French baguette. 8 halve sandwiches.

Woodlands Turkey – sliced turkey, avocado, apple smokes bacon, tomatoes, fresh baby kale, Swiss cheese, and mayonnaise on croissant. 8 halve sandwiches.

Tuscan Grilled Vegetable – zucchini, yellow squash, portabello mushroom, onions, bell peppers, goat cheese, arugula, and hummus spread on Ciabatta. 4 halve sandwiches.

Santa Fe Chicken Wrap – fajita grilled chicken, avocado, tomatoes, jack cheese, crisp bacon, and chipotle mayonnaise, on jalapeno cheddar wrap. 8 halve sandwiches.

Fresh Cut Fruit Platter.

Summer Salad: Marinated Cucumber, Tomato, Bell Pepper, Sweet Onions with Herb Balsamic Dressing. Tray Homemade Brownies.
